Guidelines for Return, Refund and Exchange

At E-N-R-E, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return, refund, and exchange process.

 

Conditions for Returns:

 

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached. Any product without the tag or that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
  • No Damage: Products must be returned without any stains, odours, damages, or missing parts to qualify for a refund.

 

Refund Process:

 

  • Product Validation: Once the returned product is received at our branch, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets the return criteria. The payment will be processed 10 days from the date we receive the product, pending successful validation.
  • Defect Inspection: If the product passes the inspection, the refund process will be initiated. In case of any issues, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account once the payment is processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

  • Any product purchased during sale events or with a discount code may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Customized products or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Important Legal Considerations:

 

  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Right to Refuse: E-N-R-E reserves the right to refuse returns if any conditions above are not met or if the product shows signs of improper use.
  • Incorrect Orders or Defective Products: In the case of an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at customerservice@enrethreads.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Refund Delays: If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days following the refund initiation, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 

Exchange Policy for Size:

 

At E-N-R-E, we understand that getting the perfect fit is important. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’ve made the process simple:

  • Contact Us via Email: To initiate a size exchange, email us at customerservice@enrethreads.com with the subject line “Size Exchange Request – [Order Number]”.
  • Information to Include: Your full name, Order number, Product name and the new size you wish to exchange for, Reason for exchange (optional).
  • Conditions for Exchange: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Any item not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive your request and confirm the availability of the new size, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
  • Shipping the Exchange: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the new size and provide tracking details. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing.
